Do the nail art decals need top coating?

Yes - they do. To get the best out of using these we recommend:

1. Apply studio decal stickers over cured gel polish/BIAB
2. Using tweezers, carefully lift sticker from, backing paper. 
3. Apply studio decal sticker in desired position on nail.
4. Once stickers are in desired position, press firmly into place with tweezer. Apply your chosen TGB top coat and cure according to directions on the label. For best results, we would recommend using Rubber Top 2.0 or Clear All-In-One BIAB as the topcoat of choice, to fully encapsulate the stickers and avoid any texture on the nail.
